Membership Agreement - Krav Maga Bournemouth

• CONTACT SPORT CARRIES AN INHERENT RISK OF INJURY 

  • By signing up for a membership to Krav Maga Bournemouth, you acknowledge that you are taking part in a contact sport. As such, you indemnify Krav Maga Bournemouth against all loss, actions, proceedings, claims, damages, charges, costs and expenses whatsoever brought or made against Krav Maga Bournemouth in respect of any personal injury or death arising out of recognised Krav Maga training. We strongly recommend that you take out personal injury cover should you be concerned.

• PHYSICAL CONDITION 

  • Krav Maga training is physical and intense. By signing up for a membership you acknowledge that to the best of your knowledge you do not have any medical conditions or injuries that could impact your training or the training of others. If in doubt, please speak to your GP before starting.

• TRAINING/MEMBERSHIP​

  • Membership to Krav Maga Bournemouth is based on the understanding that we operate a training period of 48 weeks per year (exclusive of any Bank/Public holidays). The membership payments cover that 48 week training period.

  • Krav Maga Bournemouth is not open on Bank/Public Holidays.

  • A training calendar is available on this website and Krav Maga Bournemouth will give all members a minimum notice period of 60 days before any scheduled training breaks.

  • You must cancel your membership in writing 30 days before your membership payment is taken. We will not refund any memberships that have been processed due to a late notice cancellation.

  • We do not refund partial months or unused memberships.

  • Membership "holidays" are prohibited, except in exceptional circumstances.

  • Krav Maga Bournemouth may cancel or amend a session at any time without stating a reason, Krav Maga Bournemouth shall not be liable to pay any compensation to the member in respect of such cancellation or change and Krav Maga Bournemouth will make all reasonable efforts to contact members in the event of cancellation.

  • Training at Krav Maga Bournemouth is ego-free and inclusive, any behaviour deemed inappropriate by Krav Maga Bournemouth will result in you being asked to leave the premises and immediate cancellation of your membership, without a refund.

  • Lesson packs are non-refundable.

• PARKING

  • Krav Maga Bournemouth does not provide any car parking spaces for members to use whilst training at the venue.

  • Car parking is available in allocated public spaces on the roads (restrictions apply) or Pay and Display public car parks roughly 200m from the venue. It is the responsibility of the member to park their car legally and Krav Maga Bournemouth accepts no responsibility against any actions, proceedings, claims, damages, charges, loss (of any kind), costs and expenses whatsoever arising from the use of these public car parking spaces.

  • The car park to the rear of the property and the car parking within the curtilage of Krav Maga Bournemouth gym is not for public use. Krav Maga Bournemouth accepts no responsibility against any actions, proceedings, claims, damages, charges, loss (of any kind), costs and expenses whatsoever arising from prohibited use of these car parking spaces.

• PROPERTY

  • Krav Maga Bournemouth accepts no liability for any damage, theft or loss of property or goods of/to any members during their session.
